I loved our wedding cake. I picked the prettiest cake I found and Laurice made it perfectly. My husband loves
chocolate, so two layers were rich chocolate, and we also had a lemon layer, the best lemon cake I've ever tasted.
Friends still comment on how great our wedding cake looked and tasted. After you try a piece of one of Laurice's
cakes, you won't have any doubt she makes fabulous, delicious, moist and beautiful works of art.

Laurice has been doing all of our special occassion cakes since my 1st wedding anniversary almost 10 years
ago, our baby shower cake and 1st baptism cake for our second son, and our oldest son's 1st communion cake
most recently. We've tried a variety of cakes from carrot cakes, to chocolate to lemon and to strawberry. Each
cake tasted just as awesome as the next. Sweet Moments bakes beautiful cakes that are elegantly decorated.
They are light and fresh tasting. They are truly a work of art, and I would never think to use any other
dessert company for our special occassion cakes.

Best chocolate chip cookies EVER!!! - Mun Yee 7/06

The first time I ever saw Laurice's cooking was when I had some of her cookies at a bachelorette party that
she planned for a mutual friend. They not only tasted great, they were clever, ingenious and really set the
mood for an awesome party. Those cookies beat out any other party favor you can get or give for a
bachelorette party. I will ALWAYS get these special cookies from Laurice now for all the bachelorette parties
I'll attend in the future. I was also lucky enough to try one of Laurice's wedding cakes a few months later
and was blown away! I've been to a lot of weddings and for the life of me can't remember any of the cakes; I
only remember Laurice's. It was rich and decadent and I was playfully fighting with another girl at my table
on who got to steal another piece during the reception. I don't care how far away I'll be living from Laurice
by the time I get married, I will remember her to do my wedding cake.

Sweet Moments did my 2 wedding cakes and both were just absolutely wonderful. The
guests complemented on them too and some requested a "to-go" box for the cake. Laurice
was so easy to work with, and she will bend over backwards to make sure you have the

Laurice, We can't thank you enough for our amazing wedding cake; it was better than we could have
ever dreamed. Everyone absolutely loved the flavors (best carrot cake, banana and coconut ever); they
couldn't get enough. People were taking pieces home and I will crave it everyday for the rest of my life. I
am so blessed to have found you to make our cakes. From the first moment I tasted your cakes I knew
there was no way I would've ever let anyone else do ours. You have an amazing talent, and I knew I
was in good hands! The groomsman's cake was a hit, too. Everyone loved it; it was the most heavenly
